We did it! How time flies! Locker Room Direct has turned one year old. We feel pretty good about the last year and are excited to continue providing team-issued apparel and gear at great prices to a fantastic set of customers.

As a reminder, 100% of Locker Room Direct's proceeds support the work of our nonprofit, Uncommon Sports Group. When you shop with us, you are providing opportunities for future leaders of the sport industry to grow through discipleship, fellowship, service, missions, and more. LRD's 2023 sales supported trips to Israel, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, and Phoenix. We were also able to aid in the international distribution of more than 15,000 pounds of apparel to areas and communities that needed them. We know that this is only the beginning, and we are looking forward to more great work ahead.

Among our plans in 2024 is the creation of a customer rewards program. Many of you have become repeat customers, and we are so grateful for your time and business. We will be working through the implementation of a program to ensure that loyal customers will receive additional discounts, purchase opportunities, and early access to new inventory before it becomes available to the general public.

This program is going to be a lot of work, and we have yet to set a definitive launch date. But we'll be sure to keep you updated on our progress and any other opportunities we have available in the meantime.

One of the unique things about this job is the fact that we never know what we are going to have available for sale until it arrives at our warehouse. We understand that this makes our site different and unique. One of our challenges is ensuring that we're keeping our customers up-to-date on what is currently available for sale. If you haven't subscribed to our newsletter yet, I suggest that you do so.

If email isn't your thing, make sure to check out our social media accounts. We'll do what we can to communicate what we've received each week so that you don't miss out on any opportunities to snag gear from your favorite teams. Our social media has been pretty programmatic up to this point, but we're actively working on some additional improvements to make it more dynamic. In Q2 we'll be launching a "sneak peak" video each week of what items we've been receiving to give our followers and subscribers an additional heads up on what items will be coming down the pipeline.

Lastly, I'd like to thank everyone who has shopped with us over the last year. As I have already said, your business is important to our nonprofit work and its support of the sport industry. We take the responsibility and stewardship of the donations we receive seriously and work hard to maximize the impact of the items we receive.
