Locker Room Direct provides FREE SHIPPING for all domestic United States shipping addresses. Our free shipping services typically deliver purchases between 4 and 8 business days.
Most items will be shipped the day after the purchase is made.
If your delivery address requires a specific shipping partner, such as a location that can only accept US Post Office deliveries, please contact our customer service team. We will ensure your package is shipped successfully.
If a package is delayed in transit, we ask that our customers wait five business days from the date of delay before requesting a refund or replacement. This is to provide the shipping service enough time to complete the delivery.
At this time, we do not support expedited shipping. If you need your items shipped faster than 5-8 business days, please contact our customer service team for an expedited shipping quote. We do not, and will not, offer free expedited shipping.
We are unable to ship any purchases internationally. We simply do not have the resources to fulfill international shipments or manage duties, taxes, or customs information.
We are happy to ship purchases to international freight forwarding addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Return and Refund Policy:
Locker Room Direct will provide a free, pre-paid return service for items purchased in our online store up to 30 days from the delivery date of the purchase. For example, if an order was delivered on April 15th, a customer may request a free and pre-paid return label up to March 15th.
Returns may be requested up to 60 days after the delivery date of the order, but customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds for all returned items will be processed only once the items have been marked delivered to our warehouse by the shipping carrier handling the package.
No returns will be accepted 60 days after the delivery of the order.
Returns may be requested for any reason. Returns must be returned in the same condition that they were received by the customer in order to qualify for a full refund.
Requesting a Return:
To request a return, please navigate to our Contact Us page and follow the below instructions:
Please enter your name in the “Name” field.
Please enter the email address associated with your order in the “Email Address” field.
Please enter your order number in the “Order Number” field. This field is required for return requests.
In the form’s “Reason for Message” field, write: “Return”.
You may add a return reason if you are so inclined.
Please provide a short message confirming your return request in the “Message” field.
Check the security box below the message field.
Select the “Submit Form” button.
Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as they are able.
Customer service will email you with a confirmation of your return request. If your return request was made within 30 days of your order's delivery date, the confirmation email from customer service will also contain a pre-paid shipping label that you may print and attach to your package.
